10月24至26日,海到尽头天是岸,山至高处人为峰。在富饶的港口城市——汕头,本着强化终端人才培训,塑造专业团队,罗曼缔克总部又部署新一期终端培训,在罗曼总部市场部郭彩宏经理、邓凯仁老师等组织下,来自潮阳、博罗、惠阳、普宁、潮安、潮州、揭东、汕头、澄海、紫金、梅州、河源、揭阳、深圳等区域家人齐聚一堂,开启一场向精英们看齐学习之旅——“第2期金牌店长”训练营·广东站。

郭彩宏经理根据广东经销团队与现状,课程以授课、互动、分享等形式相结合,课程内容涵盖了罗曼缔克品牌文化、全系列产品知识及卖点、销售技巧等多项内容。郭经理不仅对产品知识点分门别类,讲深讲透,亦以实战需要反向教授为什么要记忆和使用这些产品知识点原因,理论应用举一反三,如此知识点不再孤立,围绕销售流程活用起来。而在销售技巧方面,又融合产品知识,品牌文化,让技巧有根有据,以参数、数据说话更具说服力。课程设置不但授人以鱼,而且授人以渔。
